Welcome to Cheadle Hulme Primary School
We understand that starting school is a significant moment for you and your family. We will do everything we can to ensure your child gets off to a flying start with us.
We take our responsibility for your child’s personal and academic development seriously. As such, we value strong home-school links and recognise the positive difference they make to a child’s happiness and success.

Cheadle Hulme Primary School opened its doors in September 2018 as part of the Laurus Trust. The Trust vision is:
“For everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, to be inspired, to thrive in all environments, to recognise what it takes to succeed, to set aspirational goals and to work hard to achieve them.”
In Laurus Trust primary schools we have identified four Cornerstones that are integral to our school ethos of ‘preparing children for the world we know and a world yet to be discovered’ and they will further enhance the exciting and engaging learning opportunities that our pupils enjoy every day.
Travel to School
We encourage Cheadle Hulme Primary School pupils to walk, scoot or cycle to and from school. For more information about the benefits of cycling and how to ride safely, please visit: Getting to school – Stockport Council. Children’s bikes and scooters can be stored on site during the school day.
Parents and carers should ensure their child’s scooter/bike is roadworthy, and that they are wearing suitable safety accessories and a helmet. Pupils should always follow The Highway Code.
