Regular sessions are charged at a discounted rate to the ad-hoc fees and all payments will be made via ParentPay or by Childcare vouchers. Please use your child’s full name as the reference.
Any in-year changes to booking requests must be made in writing by letter or email with at least a month notice.
Please also note that no refunds or credits can be given for sessions booked but not used.
Fees are reviewed annually and may be subject to change to keep the organisation’s income and expenditure in balance.

Breakfast is available until 8.30am and a snack and drinks are provided during the afternoon session and the cost is included in the fees.
Ad-hoc Sessions
Ad-hoc sessions must be pre-booked and paid for at the time of booking and will be charged at the stated fee.
