The Christmas festivities are in full swing at Cheadle Hulme Primary School with lots of lovely activities taking place around the school.

Pupils have been busy making decorations, creating Christmas cards, adding baubles to the Christmas trees and practising their songs.

The class elves have also returned in the run up to the holidays and reception were particularly excited to see Mr Jingles had brought with him a brand new collection of Christmas books for them to enjoy.

The virtual assemblies have been a tremendous success and we’ve seen fabulous performances from all the children telling tales of Santa’s workshop, Christmas traditions and the nativity.

Christmas jumper day last Friday was great fun and we saw an array of wonderful outfits that brightened up the wintry day and spread the Christmas cheer even further.

We’re now looking forward to ending our year with the annual Christmas parties before breaking up for the much-anticipated holidays.
